[IR브리핑] 단수주대금 입금일정 및 주식소각공시 안내
 
안녕하세요, 신성이엔지 경영기획팀입니다.

액면병합 이후 관련 단주대금 및 자사주 소각에 대한 문의가 많아, 아래와 같이 안내드리오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

1. 액면 병합 관련 단수주대금 입금일자 안내

2026년 5월 22일 (금) 지급 예정이며, 증권계좌로 일괄 지급 예정입니다.
지급 관련 문의는 보유 계좌 증권사로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다. 

2. 주식소각공시 관련 안내
어제 2건의 공시를 통해 주식소각 내용을 안내드렸습니다. 각각의 공시 내용을 아래와 같이 보충하여 설명드립니다.

① 기취득 자기주식 228,215주 소각예정(이사회 2026년 3월 11일)
    액면병합에 따라 수량이 기존 2,282,152주에서, 228,215주로 변경되었습니다. 
    소각할 주식의 물량 및 금액이 변경됨에 따라 기존에 안내드렸던 공시를 정정한 건입니다. 

② 액면병합으로 인해 발생한 단수주 50,418주(이사회 2026년 5월 18일)
 액면병합에 따라 발생한 단수주식은 총 50,418주이며, 해당 주식은 당사 계좌로 입고된 상태입니다. 주주환원의 목적에 따라, 기존에 말씀드린 바와 같이 해당 단수주식을 전량 소각할 예정입니다. 

① + ② 을 더한 총 278,633주는 돌아오는 5월 29일에 소각할 예정입니다.

Since the face value merger, there have been many inquiries about the related single share price and treasury stock retirement, so please refer to it separately.

1. Information on the deposit date of single share price related to face value consolidation
: May 22, 2026 (Fri) and it will be paid collectively to the securities account. If you have any questions about payment on that date, please contact the securities company of your holding account.

2. Information on disclosure of treasury stock on May 18
Yesterday, we informed you of the stock cancellation through two disclosures. Each disclosure is supplemented as follows and explained.

① 228,215 shares of treasury stock previously acquired will be incinerated (the board of directors is scheduled to be held on March 11, 2026)
    Following the par value merger, the quantity has been changed from the previous 2,282,152 shares to 228,215 shares. 
    As the volume and amount of stocks to be incinerated change, the previously announced disclosure was corrected. 

② 50,418 shares of water generated by the par value merger (the board of directors on May 18, 2026)
 There are a total of 50,418 single shares generated by the par value merger, and those shares have been stocked in our account. In accordance with the purpose of shareholder return, as previously mentioned, all the single stocks will be incinerated. 

A total of 278,633 shares will be incinerated on May 29th.
